4th National Cybersecurity Forum in Baku: Strengthening Cyber Resilience Through Collaboration and Innovation

The forum was organized by the Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Organizations Association (AKTA) in partnership with the National Cybersecurity Center under the State Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The event focused on current cybersecurity challenges, emerging threats, and opportunities to strengthen the country’s cyber resilience through cooperation between the public and private sectors.

iITD presented cybersecurity solutions from leading global vendors, including Ping Identity, Vectra AI, and Censys. Throughout the event, visitors explored technologies designed to strengthen digital identity protection, improve threat detection capabilities, enhance attack surface visibility, and support organizational cyber resilience.

The discussions highlighted a broader shift across the market. As cyber threats become more sophisticated, organizations are moving beyond isolated security tools and increasingly focusing on integrated cybersecurity strategies that combine technology, processes, and expertise.

One of the key moments of the forum was the panel session titled “Modern Cybersecurity Threats”, featuring Elnur Khalilzade, Country Manager at iIT Distribution Azerbaijan.

During his presentation, he addressed emerging cyber threat trends and shared observations based on real-world incidents affecting organizations in Azerbaijan. Particular attention was given to the growing impact of digital transformation and artificial intelligence on the cybersecurity landscape.
