Commvault Partner Lunch: Technology, Partnership, and Meaningful Conversation

On September 17, the iiTD team gathered partners in Kyiv for the Commvault Partner Lunch–a meeting dedicated to Commvault solutions for data protection and opportunities for developing joint projects. The program combined an overview of the partner program, a technical demonstration, and informal communication.

For businesses, it’s important to be confident that data can be restored after an incident and operations can continue. That’s why during the meeting, attention was given to both backup capabilities and a practical scenario for recovery after data encryption.

FROM BACKUP TO CYBER RESILIENCE

Oleksandr Veselov, Business Development Manager at Commvault in iiTD, presented the partner program and vendor solution overview. His presentation was dedicated to opportunities for integrators: on how to develop data protection directions and work with customer requests supported by the iiTD team.

WORD FROM THE VENDOR

Representatives of Commvault joined the meeting: Sergiu Costin, Senior Regional Sales Manager, and Hubert Kubica, EMEA Sales Engineer. The participants listened to a presentation by Sergiu, and Hubert conducted a platform demonstration Commvault, enhancing the program with a practical acquaintance with the solution.

TECHNICAL DEMONSTRATION

The technical part was conducted by Andrii Levchenko, Senior Engineer at iiTD. He demonstrated a scenario of data encryption and subsequent recovery using Commvault. The demo allowed tracing the sequence of actions in a specific scenario, supplementing the solution overview with a practical example of its application.

TIME FOR COMMUNICATION

After the speeches, the conversation continued over lunch and bourbon tasting. The informal part provided an opportunity to communicate with speakers and colleagues and discuss work issues outside the presentations.
