We are proud to announce that Sergii Kulyk, head of the Ukrainian office of iIT Distribution, has been appointed as the new Head of the CyberTech Committee of the IT Ukraine Association!
The CyberTech Committee is working to overcome regulatory uncertainty, promote a culture of cybersecurity, and enhance Ukraine’s international image as a reliable cybersecurity center. This is especially important today, as the Ukrainian cybersecurity market has shown impressive growth, almost tripling since 2018, and is projected to increase by 51% by 2029.
Under Sergii’s leadership, the committee will focus on key priorities: expanding cooperation with government bodies, participating in policy-making in cybersecurity, developing an effective ecosystem, and strengthening Ukraine’s competitiveness in international cyberspace.
Ahead lie new ambitious initiatives and projects that will strengthen Ukraine’s cybersecurity ecosystem. As Sergii points out:
“Ukraine has all the prerequisites to become a European hub of cyber resilience. Our goal is to enhance cooperation between businesses, the state, and partners to build a durable digital ecosystem in Ukraine and beyond.”
