More and more organizations are looking for ways to stop an attack before it starts – and that is the essence of preemptive security.

According to the latest Gartner analysis, by 2030, preemptive solutions will account for up to 50% of global IT security spending, replacing traditional detection systems as the new industry standard. This is a huge shift, driven by the growing number of AI-based attacks and the need for technologies that can anticipate and disrupt cybercriminal activities before they cause harm.

LABYRINTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Labyrinth – a leader in the transformation towards preemptive protection

As the official distributor of Labyrinth solutions, we proudly support this brand’s mission to build a future of cybersecurity based on prevention.

As emphasized by Serhii Aleinikov, VP Innovations Director at Labyrinth:

“Preemptive security is the most effective strategy for organizations that want to stay ahead of threats and protect every asset. In our upcoming fall release of solutions, we are introducing new types of decoys and expanded integration options, including better support for complex and isolated environments.”

Vladyslav Zakhozhai, VP Technical Director, also confirms the company’s long-term commitment:

“Our development plan for 2026–2028 is fully aligned with the vision of preemptive security. We help organizations of all sizes – from small businesses to large enterprises – build solid foundations of proactive defense.”

A new generation of cyber protection

The latest system update to Labyrinth 2.3 takes the preemptive security approach to a higher level – it’s an extension of capabilities that genuinely streamline implementations and enhance defensive effectiveness. With new functions, organizations gain greater flexibility, better visibility, and operational capacity even in environments with the highest security requirements.

Key improvements in Labyrinth 2.3:

  • Multi-network Worker VM – Worker VMs can now connect to multiple networks, offering significant architectural flexibility and allowing for the scaling of honeypot environments without the need for complex infrastructure reconfiguration.
  • Full integration with Wazuh and Active Directory – bidirectional communication with Wazuh and integration with AD enable centralized, advanced monitoring and response automation, which reduces detection time and improves event correlation.
  • Seeder Agent on macOS – support for macOS, also on Apple Silicon platforms, expands Labyrinth’s protection reach to all major operating systems, allowing the protection of workstations and mobile workers’ devices.
  • Offline and Air-Gap Updates – dedicated update mechanisms for physically isolated or high-compliance environments, enabling government and critical infrastructure organizations to maintain security systems without compromising connectivity.
  • New types of decoys – ready-to-deploy traps for web environments, APIs, and network devices (including Cisco, Fortigate, Juniper), allowing realistic placement of decoys where attackers actually operate.

Labyrinth 2.3 is a step towards proactive, practical, and resilient defense – a solution designed to stop an attack before it causes harm. If you want to see how these features can be applied in your environment, we would be happy to demonstrate and advise on the best setup for your organization.
