NEW FORMAT OF COOPERATION

Tallinn Mechanism: new platform opportunities for Ukrainian business

The Tallinn Mechanism (TM) is an international initiative that helps Ukraine address cyber threats in the civilian sector. Its new online platform increases transparency and accessibility by sharing information on completed projects, open tenders, procurement opportunities, and options for private sector collaboration.

“Through cooperation between the Tallinn Mechanism Project Office and the IT Ukraine Association, we are creating a transparent framework for Ukrainian companies to join donor programs that strengthen the cybersecurity resilience of public institutions. We have agreed to continue our collaboration and provide feedback to improve the platform’s effectiveness,” emphasized Serhii Kulyk.

During the meeting, the Tallinn Mechanism Project Office team demonstrated the platform’s core functionality and held an open Q&A discussion. Particular attention was given to:

  • The participation of private companies in Tallinn Mechanism projects
  • Notification mechanisms for open tenders and procurement
  • The Company Directory is a tool to increase the visibility of Ukrainian companies to donors and international partners
  • Company registration and verification procedures
  • Long-term cooperation prospects and integration with European initiatives.

The platform provides businesses with access to tenders, procurement, and partnerships, while the Company Directory serves as a trusted tool that helps donors and international companies identify verified Ukrainian partners.

We express our gratitude to the IT Ukraine Association and the TMPO team for their openness to dialogue, and to all participants for their active engagement, insightful questions, and expert contributions. The IT Ukraine Association will continue to serve as a platform for professional discussions and direct interaction between businesses and international initiatives shaping the future of cybersecurity and digital resilience in Ukraine.
