Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP CRM

We are looking for an experienced ERP & CRM Business Analyst with hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) solutions. You will be involved in the implementation and support of ERP and CRM systems within the company, analyzing business processes, and collaborating with technical teams and end users.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze internal and external business processes
Gather and refine business requirements from internal stakeholders
Identify processes that can be automated to improve efficiency
Prepare tasks for automation and define milestones for implementation control
Monitor outsourced task completion time and ensure deadlines are met
Write technical specifications for development, and control task quality and delivery timelines
Create technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials
Participate in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM)
Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sales within the scope of a business analyst’s role, including object creation and setup
Provide user training and consulting support

Requirements:

Understanding of basic principles of accounting and document management
Knowledge of database structure and functionality principles
Basic knowledge of the architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sales, including setup processes and object creation
3+ years of experience in ERP/CRM analytics or consulting
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sales
Experience working with Power Apps, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Azure AD
Skills in documentation and technical communication with developers
Understanding of project management methodologies
Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and responsibility

Nice to Have:

Experience in international projects
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
