About the Position

As part of our expansion in Kazakhstan, we are looking for a professional Business Development Manager (BDM) who will help build long-term relationships with vendors and partners.

This role will appeal to those who want to work independently, as you will:

  • directly interact with international cybersecurity vendors;
  • develop and implement a sales strategy for specific vendors in the Kazakhstani markets;
  • influence the development of the partner ecosystem and market presence of leading global solutions.

This position is for an initiative-taking professional, ready to take responsibility, make decisions, and become a key figure in business development.

Requirements
  • Required experience with cybersecurity products;
  • Experience in building sales channels and interacting with integrators in the field of information security;
  • Experience in bringing solutions/vendors to the local market and scaling them;
  • English at a B2+ level for communication with vendors and certification;
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
  • Development of partnerships: active attraction of new partners and building sustainable relationships to promote cybersecurity solutions.
  • Coordination of technical interaction: working with the engineering team implementing and supporting the company’s portfolio products, with an emphasis on high service levels.
  • Strategic sales development: development and implementation of a growth plan in areas such as Network Detection & Response (NDR), Network Visibility, Threat Intelligence, DDoS protection, network segmentation, etc.
  • Interaction with vendors: constant communication, priority alignment, participation in global programs.
  • Collaboration with sales and marketing: joint implementation of strategic initiatives, support in promoting and expanding the presence of relevant vendors in the market.
  • Conducting presentations: business and technical presentations for partners and customers, participation in pilot projects, partner training.
  • Achievement of targets and channel development: reaching target indicators, opening new directions and niche solutions in the market.
