About the Vacancy

We continue to expand our team actively and are looking for a professional Business Development Manager in Ukraine who will help build long-term relationships with vendors and partners.

This role will be interesting for those who strive to work independently because you will:

  • Directly communicate with international vendors in the field of cybersecurity;
  • Develop and implement sales development strategy for specific vendors in the Ukrainian and CIS markets;
  • Have the opportunity to influence the development of the partner ecosystem and the market presence of leading global solutions.

This position is for an initiative-driven professional willing to take responsibility, make decisions, and become a key link in business development.

Requirements
  • Experience with cybersecurity products is a must-have;
  • Experience in building sales channels, collaborating with integrators in cybersecurity;
  • Experience in bringing solutions/vendors to the local market and scaling them;
  • English level B2+ for communication with vendors and participating in certifications;
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities

1. Development of a partner network: active engagement of new partners and building stable relationships to promote cybersecurity solutions among customers.

2. Coordination of technical interaction: interaction with the engineering team that implements and supports the company’s portfolio of products, with an emphasis on high-quality service.

3. Strategic sales development: development and implementation of a growth plan for solutions in areas like Network Detection & Response, Network Visibility, Threat Intelligence, DDoS Protection, Network Segmentation, etc.

4. Interaction with vendors: constant communication with the vendor partner, alignment of priorities, and participation in global programs.

5. Active collaboration with the sales and marketing department: interaction with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategic initiatives, support promotion, and expand the presence of relevant vendors in the market.

6. Conducting technical and business presentations: presentation of solutions to partners and customers, participation in pilot projects, partner training.

7. Achieving sales targets and channel development: reaching target indicators, opening new directions and niche solutions in the market.
