- 3+ years of experience working as a cybersecurity engineer, including installation, maintenance, and support of information security solutions.
- Experience with SIEM (ArcSight, SPLUNK, IBM, Elastik) or similar.
- Ability to work with logs and their analysis.
- Understanding of network operations.
- Knowledge of basic protocols and ports.
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- English level B1+.
- Understanding of solutions (would be a plus): Exabeam SIEM, Wallix PAM, GTB DLP.

- Conducting technical presentations, demonstrations, and pilot projects.
- Conducting technical training for partners and customers.
- Participation in solution implementation and post-sales technical support.
- Providing technical support to partners and customers.
- Communication with technical specialists of partners, customers, and vendors.
- Annual training and certification in relevant solutions.
- Collaboration with sales departments and product managers to promote solutions and generate deals.
- Preparation of technical materials in collaboration with marketing.
- Participation in marketing events for partners and clients.
- Development of technical documentation.
