YOUR ROLE:
As the General Country Manager in Poland you will be responsible for:

Managing and further developing iITD’s operations in the Polish market.

Strengthening and supporting the existing local team and building a culture of high efficiency.

Developing relationships with partners, suppliers, and enterprise customers.

Responsible for business development, sales strategy, and ensuring sustainable growth.

Representing our brand and ensuring company values are upheld in the Polish market.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leading operations and further developing iITD in the Polish cybersecurity and IT market.

Strengthening iITD’s brand and expanding its presence in the Polish market.
-
Managing, supporting, and developing sales and pre-sales teams while ensuring their high efficiency and alignment with business goals.

Building and developing relationships with partners, system integrators, and enterprise customers through regular meetings and strategic cooperation.

Conducting business and product presentations for partners and customers to promote iITD as a trusted Value-Added Distributor.

Working closely with technology suppliers to grow and expand the partner ecosystem in Poland.

Identifying and acquiring new suppliers and strategic partners in the Polish market.

Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and updates from suppliers, and communicating findings to internal teams, including the marketing department.

Developing sales competencies and technical knowledge in the local team.

Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

Supporting partners throughout the sales cycle, including post-sales coordination as needed.

Overseeing team performance, goal attainment, and implementation of strategic business objectives.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
-
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in B2B sales, business development, or channel management in the IT or cybersecurity industry.

Strong knowledge of the Polish IT and cybersecurity market, including key players, partners, and suppliers.

Experience in managing and developing sales and technical teams, setting clear goals, and effectively enhancing performance.

Experience collaborating with channel partners, system integrators, and technology suppliers.

Excellent communication and presentation skills and comfort in conducting business meetings, negotiations, and public speaking.

Technical knowledge in cybersecurity and/or IT infrastructure will be a significant advantage.

Strategic thinking with strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Fluency in Polish and English.

Independence, result-oriented, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Willingness to travel and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and supplier meetings.
