General Country Manager Kazakhstan

As part of strengthening the team in Central Asia, iiTD invites the General Country Manager to our office in Kazakhstan to enhance the existing team, develop the partner ecosystem, and ensure the company’s further growth in the Kazakhstan market.

Founded in 2019, iiTD is an international Value Added Distributor (VAD) that specializes in comprehensive B2B solutions in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure.

Today, our team consists of over 100 professionals working in Poland, the Baltic States, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, and Azerbaijan. We are united by ambition, professionalism, and the desire to develop modern information security technologies.

In the role of General Country Manager you will:

• Lead the business development of iiTD in the Kazakhstan market.
• Develop and strengthen the existing local team, forming a culture of high performance.
• Expand cooperation with partners, system integrators, vendors, and corporate clients.
• Formulate and implement a business and sales development strategy.
• Represent the company in the Kazakhstan market, strengthening the company brand.

• Over 5 years of successful experience in B2B sales, business development, or partner channel management in the field of cybersecurity.
• Deep understanding of the Kazakhstan cybersecurity market, its key players, partners, integrators, and vendors.
• Proven experience in managing commercial and technical teams.
• Experience in building and developing a partner network.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Understanding of information security and IT infrastructure solutions is an advantage.
• Strategic thinking, well-developed analytical abilities, and leadership qualities.
• Fluent in Russian.
• Proficiency in English at a level no lower than Upper-Intermediate (B2).
• Knowledge of Kazakh language will be an advantage.
• Independence, result-oriented, and willingness to work in a dynamic international company.
• Willingness to travel, meet partners, and participate in industry events and conferences.

• Lead commercial and technical teams, ensuring the achievement of strategic goals and business indicators.
• Regularly meet with partners, system integrators, and corporate clients.
• Present company solutions, conduct business and technical presentations.
• Develop relationships with existing vendors and attract new strategic manufacturers to the company’s portfolio.
• Expand the partner network of iiTD in Kazakhstan.
• Analyze market and industry trends.
• Develop competencies of the local team in sales and technical expertise.
• Represent the company at relevant conferences, forums, and events.
• Support partners at all stages of project implementation.
• Control the achievement of sales plans, key performance indicators, and strategic goals of the company.
