General Country Manager

As part of our strategic expansion across Central and Southeastern Europe, iIT Distribution (iiTD) is seeking a professional and talented General Country Manager to lead our operations in Croatia. Founded in 2019, iIT Distribution is a fast-growing Value Added Distributor (VAD) specializing in complex B2B solutions in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure. With over 100+ professionals across Ukraine, Poland, the Baltics, Kazakhstan, Georgia, and Azerbaijan, we are a truly international team united by a passion for innovation and excellence.
As General Country Manager for the Czech Republic, you will:
  • Establish and grow iITD’s presence in the Czech Republic market.
  • Build strong relationships with local partners, vendors, and enterprise clients.
  • Drive business development, sales strategies, and operational excellence.
  • Represent our brand and uphold our values on a national level.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales, business development, or channel management in the IT or cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Czech Republic IT and cybersecurity market, including key players, partners, and vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead sales and pre-sales teams with a focus on performance and strategic goals.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills — comfortable in face-to-face meetings, negotiations, and public speaking.
  • Technical knowledge in cybersecurity and/or IT infrastructure solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel and represent the company at events, conferences, and vendor meetings.
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and strengthen the iITD brand in the Czech Republic cybersecurity and IT market.
  • Build and lead sales and pre-sales teams.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential partners and deliver presentations to promote iITD as a reliable VAD.
  • Provide pre-sales and sales presentations as needed.
  • Develop a PR strategy for partner communications and facilitate direct interaction between Pre-sales Managers and vendors to promote solutions.
  • Sign contracts with new vendors in the Czech Republic.
  • Monitor vendor news and activities, relaying valuable information to the marketing department for press releases.
  • Obtain sales and pre-sales certifications in key areas.
  • Drive continuous improvement of sales and business competencies within the company.
  • Participate in conference calls and events with partners and clients.
  • Provide post-sales support to partners.
  • Oversee team objectives and performance.
