We are present in Central and Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia. Together with our partners, we shape the cybersecurity market and help businesses protect their infrastructure.
We are looking for:

Due to our active international expansion and increased presence in new countries, we are seeking a strong communication leader, a head of the marketing department.

This is a C-level position that shapes the brand, sets the pace, and influences the cybersecurity industry, focusing on building a powerful marketing strategy, brand management, developing vendor partnership activities, and generating business opportunities in the markets of Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia.

We are looking for a “player-coach”, a leader who not only thinks strategically but is also ready to personally dive into processes, move quickly, and take a real cosmic leap in the company’s development with us.

This role involves direct collaboration with the company’s founders to jointly implement the strategic vision of the brand and develop marketing in international markets.

You will become the voice of the brand, the architect of change, and the driving force of growth.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing in international companies and teams, with 3+ years in a Head or Lead of Marketing position.
  • Experience in IT distribution, cybersecurity, telecommunications, or related technologies is required.
  • Ability to build Go-To-Market campaigns, work with vendors, and understand the principles of distribution market operations.
  • Possess strong skills in strategic planning, branding, and digital marketing.
  • Results-oriented: analytics, ROI, reporting.
  • Proficient in English at a C1 level (high-level oral and written communication).
  • Think like a leader, act as a change driver, and are ready to scale the marketing team.
  • Will not just “support” the system but create it in new markets, in new formats, with the strongest vendors in the field of cybersecurity.
Responsibilities
  • Development and implementation of marketing strategy at the group level.
  • Building the iITD brand as an expert distributor in the field of cybersecurity.
  • Marketing support of vendor solutions: GTM strategies, product launches, digital campaigns.
  • Organizing international events, webinars, conferences, exhibitions in collaboration with partners.
  • Content management: press releases, blog, social media, email campaigns.
  • Building and coordinating a marketing team in different countries.
  • Collaboration with the sales department, BDMs, and vendors to create quality lead generation.
  • Managing budgeting, analyzing campaign effectiveness.
  • Active interaction with the already formed international marketing team, as well as mentoring and exchanging experiences to enhance synergy at a global level.
  • Experience in implementing complex marketing projects using AI technologies and a desire to implement innovations will be a significant advantage.
