Key Account Manager

3-5 years of experience Full-time Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
iIT Distribution (iiTD) is a fast-growing Value-Added Distributor (VAD) specializing in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure across Eastern Europe and Central Asia. We represent global cybersecurity vendors, build a regional partner network, and support businesses in adopting cutting-edge technologies. Our team includes over 100 professionals across Ukraine, Poland, the Baltics, Kazakhstan, Georgia and now Azerbaijan.
About the Role

We are looking for a professional and talented Key Account Manager to manage strategic relationships with key partners, promote our portfolio of cybersecurity solutions, support project execution, and achieve sales targets.

This is a unique opportunity to join an international team and make a direct impact on the development of the cybersecurity market in Azerbaijan.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or partner/channel sales in the IT or cybersecurity industry.
  • Solid understanding of the Azerbaijani IT and cybersecurity market, including key partners, vendors, and integrators.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and close deals.
  • Preferred: experience working with vendor portfolios such as Fortinet, CrowdStrike, ESET, etc.
  • Technical knowledge in cybersecurity and/or IT infrastructure solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive with a results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key partners, resellers, and system integrators.
  • Provide expert consultations on cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, participate in negotiations, and manage deal execution.
  • Collaborate with Pre-sales teams and vendors to support ongoing and future projects.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to pipeline forecasting and reporting.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential partners and deliver presentations to promote iITD as a reliable VAD.
  • Provide pre-sales and sales presentations as needed.
  • Participate in training sessions, partner events, and industry conferences.
