iIT Distribution (iITD) is a fast-growing Value-Added Distributor (VAD) specializing in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure across Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the South Caucasus.
About the Role

We represent leading global cybersecurity vendors, build a strong regional partner network, and support companies in implementing advanced technologies. Our team includes over 100 professionals across Ukraine, Poland, the Baltic countries, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, and Azerbaijan.

As part of our team expansion and expanding presence in the Baltic region, we are looking for a skilled and proactive Partner Account Manager B2B based in Estonia. Check if this role is for you.

As a Partner Account Manager at IITD, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our cybersecurity partners.

The person in this role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships and actively supporting our partners in achieving their business goals. We are looking for someone who not only has excellent communication and negotiation skills, but is also passionate about building long-term relationships and understands the realities of the cybersecurity market.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the IT industry (preferably in the cybersecurity segment),
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships,
  • Ability to plan and organize working time,
  • Ability to analyse the market and identify business opportunities,
  • Practical knowledge of effective customer acquisition techniques,
  • Understanding of the cybersecurity industry,
  • Fluent English proficiency,
  • Willingness to travel for business.
Responsibilities
  • Acquiring new partners and customers by promoting iITD as a trusted Value Added Distributor and building strong business relationships,
  • Handling and supporting existing partners and customers,
  • Conducting sales presentations,
  • Providing training to partners,
  • Holding meetings with partners and customers,
  • Providing post-sales support to partners and customers,
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences,
  • Executing sales plans and establishing KPIs,
  • Preparing and negotiating commercial offers,
  • Supervising and reporting to the supervisor on projects, sales pipeline, and broadly understood commercial activities,
  • Collaborating with technical, marketing, and product management teams to comprehensively execute the company’s business strategy.
Would Be a Plus
  • Knowledge of CrowdStrike products or other Endpoint Security solutions,
  • Familiarity with MS Dynamics CRM,
  • Understanding of EU directives such as GDPR and NIS2.
