Sales Manager B2B

iIT Distribution (iiTD) is a fast-growing Value-Added Distributor (VAD) specializing in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure across Central and Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia. We represent global cybersecurity vendors, build a regional partner network, and support businesses in adopting cutting-edge technologies. Our team includes over 70 professionals across Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania, Kazakhstan, Georgia, and now Uzbekistan.
About the Role

We are looking for a professional and talented Sales Manager to manage strategic relationships with key partners, promote our portfolio of cybersecurity solutions, support project execution, and achieve sales targets.

This is a unique opportunity to join an international team and make a direct impact on the development of the cybersecurity market in Uzbekistan.

Requirements:
  • Higher education in IT or cybersecurity
  • Knowledge of the local cybersecurity market (customers, partners, vendors) is a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity (AV/EDR, PAM/ZTNA, DLP, SIEM, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience working with partners, clients, and vendors
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Work with partners and expand the partner network in the region
  • Promote the company’s cybersecurity product portfolio
  • Communicate with partners and end customers, identify their needs, and generate new business opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle and support operational activities
  • Create and achieve sales plans and targets
  • Support partners throughout the sales and implementation stages
  • Deliver presales and sales presentations
  • Lead and support pilot projects
  • Obtain sales and presales certifications for products in the company’s portfolio
  • Participate in marketing activities and events for partners and clients
  • Provide post-sales support to partners.
